Overview
Manaslu mountain is the world’s eighth-highest mountain that reaching a height of 8,163m. The very first successful Manaslu expedition in 1956 was hailed by T. Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu Sherpa. Currently, there are at least six routes to Manaslu’s summit. Few technical sections and diverse surroundings entail the Manaslu expedition, which offers an unforgettable experience and is worth your while.
We ascend Manaslu via the northeast face along moderately-angled snow slopes before steep snow leads us to the summit for mesmerizing spectacular views across the Himalayas. Manaslu expedition is stunning and ideal for those looking to climb an 8,000m or in preparation for Mount Everest. The predicted trip time is 35 days.
Starting our trip in Kathmandu, we hold the expedition briefing for the team members, complete the necessary paperwork, and preparations, and begin to organize everything needed for the expedition.
From the first trek of the expedition begins. The walk offers spectacular experiences to admire the beautiful, lush landscapes, following the Budhi Gandaki river. We will meet our climbing party at Sama Gaon, a distinctively beautiful village.
Before heading to Manaslu base camp, a day is spent here for acclimatization in the town. Our total climbing period will be around 20 days. On summit day, you can look forward to a sequence of plateaus and slopes on the route that leads up to steep crests. We are confident that the view from the top will be worth the effort!
